The Story Shopping Terms




The shopping terms outlined below follow standard retail practice but feel free to contact a RedEnvy consultant if you have any questions BEFORE placing your order in our virtual store. Please note, our shopping terms & conditions may be occasionally updated without notice to our customers and will be effective from any orders placed thereafter.

Refunds & Exchanges
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you a full refund or a product exchange if the product(s) are returned to RedEnvy in perfect, unused condition within 7 days of receiving your product(s).
  • We recommend that you carefully package products and return via registered mail or courier as we cannot be responsible for packages that go missing or arrive damaged. We are unable to refund the initial postage fee and additional postage and handling fees will be incurred by you.
  • Exchanges for product(s) purchased as gifts can only be given/sent to the original purchaser. If you decide to change an item, the original purchaser will be informed.
  • All RedEnvy products are thoroughly examined prior to delivery, however, in the unlikely event that your product(s) arrives damaged, please contact RedEnvy on +61 3 9534 3306 and you will be offered a full refund or product exchange. If you chose to accept a refund, RedEnvy will promptly credit the amount to the original method of payment and once refunded you will receive a confirmation email. If you would like your product(s) to be replaced, RedEnvy will promptly deliver (subject to stock availability) a new product, free of charge.
Delivery
  • A RedEnvy consultant will contact you if for some reason we are unable to meet the delivery time frame specified in our delivery section.
  • You will only incur one postal charge per order.
  • We require a signature on all deliveries. Risk and title in the product(s) will be owned by the person signing for receipt of the product(s) at the delivery location.
  • Please understand that we cannot arrange for our products to be left with a neighbour or similar.
